We’ve been offering this service for a couple years now - but it’s finally making its way on to the site.

The Yamaha CP preamp is a bit particular and uses a somewhat rare N-gate transistor. We secured enough of these and general stock associated with these circuits so now we can offer a somewhat standard mail-in service on these preamps/effects while offering our signature speedy turnaround of 3-4 business days.

This basic service covers re-capping, cleaning and testing. As well as return US mailing. Should the preamp have issues outside of that we’ll let you know and send a supplemental quote. There are a small amount of parts which are obsolete but we also have a couple parts boards to pull from when needed.

NOTE: Please include the power supply pcb as well when mailing in so we can recap that and verify it is providing all the proper voltages.
