Shipping & Returns
We normally ship through the USPS using either their First Class or Priority service. This is also true for our global shipments. Generally these services offer the best value but we can accommodate other shipping options if need be. Simply call or email us you need an alternative shipping option.
Shipping is calculated by weight — as you add items to the cart the weight and shipping cost will adjust automatically. Some items are light so adding them will not affect the shipping cost. This reflects our actual costs better than any other system and ensures you get the most fair/cheapest shipping price possible.
International — Almost 1/3 of our sales are international so we understand there are some unique challenges. Please let us know if you have any special shipping needs and we'll try our best to accommodate them.
Expedited Shipping – Occasionally someone will need some parts there yesterday. The best thing to do in this case is to call us so we can give you a quote and tell you exactly how fast your package can ship out.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
In the case of a defective or damaged product (so far about 1 out of every 1000 orders) we offer a free replacement or full refund. We do require that the defective product be shipped back to us and assigned an RMA number.

For items that were ordered by mistake or are otherwise unneeded but are in perfectly good (and unused) condition we also offer returns but we do apply a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge against the refund. To avoid this please contact us if you are unsure as to whether you are ordering the correct parts.
