DLX MkII - Stage Model

$365.00

A DLX for MkII Rhodes! The easiest retrofit we’ve ever made, the DLX for MkII Stage is here to take your late-70’s/early-80’s stage to the next level. (And yes a Janus replacement which will run off the original power supply and 5-pin suitcase will be along shortly as well). But for those of you with a stage model you now have 2 options. The first being the original RetroFlyer (which will retrofit into the original passive panel) and now -the MkII DLX stage model!

So here’s the rundown:

  • Same circuit as the DLX - high headroom, hi-fidelity amplification and effects.

  • 2-Band EQ (switched bypass). Stereo panning tremolo modeled after the original Peterson optical circuit.

  • Hugely flexible FX loop/mixer which can gain-match both input and output of various pedals and rack effects as well as inject and mix in any instrument. (drum looper, vocal, synth etc)

  • Added dedicated headphone output which is shunting - meaning it will automatically quiet the output to your amplifier.

  • Custom USA-Made mounting plate. Etched (not printed) for extra toughness.

  • Includes side-rider box (3 logos to choose from) which enables power and L&R quarter-inch output.

  • Super easy installation - includes everything you need to start right up. Ships with the correct AC cord for your country.

  • Top quality audio-grade components throughout. Hand-made in our Hallsville workshop.

  • Industry leading 1-year warranty - and overall fantastic reliability due to the both design and construction.

Honestly, (this is Morgen here) I’m really thrilled with how this turned out. It blends with the existing aesthetic while feeling new. A giant step up in sound while remaining intuitive to use - especially while playing. I hope everyone finds it to be a supremely useful tool as well as a massive musical enhancement to their Mk II.

As always, please reach out to us with any questions.

The last few pictures are with a frog that my daughter made because I thought she would think it was cool to see one of her weird creations on the site. The frog is sadly not included.
