Mark V Flyer - Active Preamp/Tremolo for Passive Mark Vs

$245.00

The same great circuit. The same premium components - now available for passive Mark V Rhodes.

With the popularity of the RetroFlyer we’ve had a number of requests for a Mark V version. Well we exist to serve this wonderful community of players so we made it happen. And now it’s here. The first bunch are mostly spoken for but we’ll have steady production without delay shortly. Right now they’ll ship in about 3-4 days after order.

A couple notes:

  • There is no faceplate currently - One reason being that our US faceplate manufacturer is way behind. But mainly because we didn’t think it really looked good on the Mark V anyway. The controls are intuitive enough that the RetroFlyer is easily understood and used without the faceplate.

  • The power enters via the same custom DC cord we supply with the current RetroFlyer. Normally this sneaks between the cheek block and the case. In the Mark V it may be a bit tighter, or better snuck out along the name rail. Of course many people enjoy doing a bit of DIY with their power supplies - adding IEC jacks or DC jacks anywhere convenient. But overall, installation is completely non-destructive and should still take only 10-15 minutes.

For more details you can generally refer to all the RetroFlyer information. And please let us know if you have any questions. We’re always happy to help.
